Life can be tough sometimes.  You may have experienced a major trauma or bereavement.  Perhaps you are feeling anxious; experiencing relationship problems, or feeling low or depressed.  Or possibly just feeling 'not quite' yourself.  You might be curious about exploring habitual patterns of behaviour, or seek to make some positive changes in your life.
