WHY COME TO COUNSELLING?

Life can be tough sometimes.  You may have experienced a major trauma or bereavement.  Perhaps you are feeling anxious; experiencing relationship problems, or feeling low or depressed.  Or possibly just feeling 'not quite' yourself.

At times like these it can be helpful to talk to someone.  I offer a warm, friendly, compassionate, safe and confidential space to explore what is happening in your life at the moment.
